Day Two was GREAT

Dyches Boddiford talked about how to find and work wiht Private Lenders
He shared a wonderful ideas.

I can’t tell you all the details – but today he made everyone at seminar
one of those “too goo to miss” offers. That man is amazing and sharp as a
tack!

Today, Bobby Redwine talked about his secret strategies for bidding on
HUD and VA homes. Of course he also talked about buying mobile homes too.

And I talked about online and offline marketing, how to get an option, and shared
my tips and tricks for doing a successful highest bidder sale.

Lots of great questions during our Q & A tonight.

I always want to treat the speaker special so last night I took
Dyches and Steve out to dinner at a steak house across the street

Tonight Bobby REdwine and Owen Irvine joined me for dinner and
lively discussions.

Many are saying this is a really great seminar and they have learned a lot
that they can immediately go home and use — if that happens then the seminar is a success!!

Tomorrow Quincy Long will be talking using Options with an IRA or Roth and
Owen Irvine( the economist) will share his thoughts about what’s happening with our economy
and what is likely to happen THIS YEAR! We;ll also learn the best and safest strategies for
our real estate business in this kind of an economy.

I can’t wait to hear what these guys have to say. They are always right on top of what;s
“REALLY” going on and have great advice.

I just started reading the forms. Way Cool. There is too much stuff in Cash Flow Depot to breath in all at one time. Its like having a Mini seminar whenever I want it. And the meeting in Dallas was also great. Money well spent.
