Sell 50% interest in your house

    I saw an ad in the Dallas Morning News that someone was selling a 50% interest in their lake house ( 2nd home).

    That’s a great way to raise cash for investment properties too.

    You can’t advertise for private lenders.

    But you CAN advertise to sell a 50% interest in your property!
