A good friend of mine is trying to sell a condo in Atlanta. She has had some interest but the buyers want owner financing. Since I am in Florida, I would put the property in a land trust and sell the beneficial interest. I do not know the laws in Georgia, but I do not believe Georgia has a land trust statute. Are there any Georgians out there with some advice? Thanks, Steve T.
