Listen to the conference call with Steve Baygents. He shared several great ideas for getting houses sold faster.
One that I really liked was listing the house with a flat free broker. It is usually less than $500.
Then, to keep the listing at on the HOT LIST for agents, do a small price change each week. Just reduce the price $500 each week to stay on the top of the list and on top of agent’s minds.
It’s working for Steve and it may work for you too.
