I talked to two sellers today.
They both had properties that need repairs. They were stuck on prices that were too high for a wholesale deal so I proposed a Highest Bidder Sale and explained how that would be the best way to get their properties sold fast and for top dollar.
Surprisingly, they both said no.
One guy said he just wants a decent offer then to close fast.
The other guy said he has a lot of stuff in his house and even his Mom’s stuff after she passed away. He did not want a lot of people trapsing through their house.
I have them both on a 30 days follow up. If they have not sold their house yet, they may be more open to a HBS or a lower wholesale offer.
More leads coming in every day… some will say yes to a highest bidder sale
