    Do you have properties you would love to sell but can’t find buyers for or can’t get to appraise for what you know it’s worth? The solution is to SWAP for something that you want.

    I recently saw a property I would like to buy in South American.. I made an offer to swap 3 of my rental properties for it and the seller is very interested! I got an email right away.

    I sent pics tonight and I honestly think this will work out.

    It’s a great way to liquidate some of my rentals and get a property I would love to own that has ZERO property taxes for 18 years.

    I just added Paul Kelley’s Swapping Real Estate for Fun and Profit book to the store/book section.

    It has some great case studies and ideas about how to swap (not necessarily a 1031 but still tax free) real estate and other things.
