    We had a great conference call with Eric Hiedeman last night ( even though I showed up late)

    Eric spends half his time living on a yacht in the Caribbean and half of his time creating more cashflow real estate.

    Sounds like a good plan to me!

    You can hear the replay in THE DEPOT on Wednesday afternoon.

    Next week, I’ll be interviewing Tony Alvarez who is a very successful REO investor in California.
    Tony will be a speaker at the 1st Annual CashFlowDepot convention in Last Vegas on May 22 – 24th.
