I would like to know if you can help with my parents foreclosure they live in county of Los Angeles California

There house was stolen by people who pose as credit repair and had my parents transfer there title to them.
But what they did was to take the equity from the house

The house has a 1st of $416,000 and a 2nd of $105,000

My parents have live there more than 40 years are in there 80’s and want to stay there. But want to know if you can help negotiate with the bank for a fair mortgage payment on the house

The 2 loans above where not done by my dad his original loan was around $350,000. The foreclosure was file on 4/9/08 and our attorney can answer any questions you need to know.
