I, yourself and others have tried to make posts on deals outside their buying market. Toy with the idea of developing some sort of network to make some of these deals happen. Maybe the forum here at “Cash Flow Depot” is the best we can do. I don’t know, it’s just a thought.

I just post the leads that I get for outside my market. I don’t want to be involved in them
But others may have an interest in joint ventures. So, in my email blasts I’ll start reminding everyone about the LEADS area on the forum so they will check it more often to see if there is a lead of a joint venture opportunity in their own backyard.
I think the reminders will help. If you have any other ideas for making everyone more aware let me know
