What is 2nd choice (days) to have the HBS

    Can you couple the Sunday with a Monday Holiday??

    Got a mobile home in a park. Would like to do a HBS. Because of religious reasons the owner will not allow open house on Saturday. Is it best to have open house Friday then Sunday? Does anyone have any ideas, or have had this situation?

    You definitely want to have the HBS on at least one weekend day. and it’s better to do the open house on two consequetive days, so I’d pick Sunday and Monday — (not the best choice but it will work.)

    Holidays are not such a good time for a HBS – a lot of people go out of town or have a party.

    Although I’ve done ( by accident) an HBS on Easter weekend and still got the house sold – just had a very LOW turn out.

    Without a doubt the weekends are the best open house days, however in the given scenario Saturday is not an available. I’m surprised a workday Monday would likely have more people come by compared to a Holiday Monday?
