Hey CFD members. Jackie just posted in the File Vault a Wholesale Agreement. It is one I told her she could use for the site. It is supper simple, but effective and it works. I have been using it for the last year, since I started wholesaling. Remember nothing is set in stone, use it, mold it, adapt it to your style and market. Very seldom do I keep the same terms in different deals.
ARV 175K. Carpet, paint, clean up 6K. Had agreed on debt relief to pay off mtg at 90K.
Now will not return any phone calls and won’t sign the agreement. Lead came from an organic search on my website. http://www.HeartlandBuysHouses.com. They have a modified mtg agreement in lieu of foreclosure.
