Hi Al,
If you look on the Education tab on top of the page, under File Vault, there’s a section called Purchase/Sell Agreements that has a few contracts you can use and modify to your specific needs. I would also get a copy of the Real Estate Profits on Steroids book that Jackie wrote. It has everything you need to get started with wholesaling including a very easy to understand contract and much more.
Sometimes a title company that is investor friendly will provide you with a copy of a contract they use in your state.
