You could beat them to the punch though… there is a ton of analysis on their website which you could use to our advantage.
You can search by days on market – then contact sellers who have had their house on the market for a long time.
You can search for houses which have had a price drop — a good sign that the seller is motivated.
You can search for keywords like investor special or fixer upper or seller financing. The data is there – find ways to use it to your advantage.
