Lately I’ve been discussing what a powerful tool Options can be. You really need to learn how to use Options. There is no need to actually BUY the house when you use an Option… yet, the profit potential is just as big, if not bigger, with a lot less risks!
Options allow you to control tens of thousands… sometimes hundreds of thousands … of dollars in equity in a property for very little cash. I rarely paid more than $100 for an option. Here are some examples:

I contributed my marketing expertise as consideration for an option ($0 out of pocket expense) to control multi-million dollar properties which I would sell with a Highest Bidder Sale. (By the way, foreclosures are up 61% on luxury properties so there is some big opportunity here)
I’ve even used options to control entire portfolios of properties.
I negotiated to buy 64 mobile homes for $400 each. But instead of paying $25,600 up front, I paid $2,000 for an Option. The same week, I sold individual mobile homes to the highest bidder. Homes sold for $1500 to $8500. Then, I then used the cash I made to negotiate a 10% discount off the purchase price.
Do you see why an Option are so powerful and safer!?
You can use options to control apartment buildings, land, commercial properties, airplanes, artwork, cars… just about anything.
I got an option on a 32 foot Southwind motor home .. and flipped it in a few days for a quick $7500 profit. (I was tempted to keep it)
