You’ve probably seen the emails from young hot shot gurus claiming that real estate is DEAD because hedge funds are buying up foreclosure and bank owned properties.

They’ll try to convince you that the only solution is to buy their “turn-key” rental properties (usually at inflated prices with little cash flow because their management fees are so high).  They will tell you to not even waste your time trying to find good deals … just buy from their “secret sources” instead.

DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCARE TACTICS!  You're smarter than that!

Real estate investing is ALIVE and WELL!

Here’s why…

Hedge funds, REIT’s, and billionaire investors buy real estate in BULK from banks and at foreclosure auctions.  They buy for cash and often pay close to retail for houses.  (There’s an opportunity to sell real estate to them but that’s another discussion)

Hedge funds don’t take phone calls from John & Jane motivated seller who live down the street from you.

Hedge funds don’t care about the young family who lost their job and needs to relocate next week for a new job.

Hedge funds don’t want to talk to the 74 year old widow who can’t afford her house anymore but really wants to stay in the home where she raised her family…

…or the guy in California who just inherited his Mom’s house in Florida. 

Hedge funds sure don’t want to deal with houses that have code violations.

Hedge funds won’t go belly-to-belly with desperate sellers to discover what their problems are then come up with creative solutions which are beneficial to everyone.

THAT’S WHERE YOU COME IN!

These people-to-people opportunities are plentiful and there’s very little competition because hedge funds won’t deal with a personal real estate problem.

Using good old-fashioned techniques, it’s easier than ever to find these opportunities now.

IT’S TRUE!
