  • I’d like to do a 30 day challenge to help YOU to get an option then do a Highest Bidder Sale.

    Perhaps if we all FOCUS on one thing at the same time, it will help more people acheive success

    I’m not sure how this will work yet but I’m open for suggestions.

    Step 1.
    Let’s start with how to find the motivated seller so you can get an option. Here’s how.

    Look for vacant houses in your neighborhood. Track down the owners via the tax records or talking to the neighbors. While you are looking at the tax records verify the deed date. If it is an older deed date, you can go for a lower option price. If the house was bought in the last 5-7 years, you will probably need to negotiate to buy with seller financing or subject to the mortgage then sell with seller finanacing.

    Talk to everyone you know to ask if they know anyone who needs to sell.

    FSBO web sites – look for photos of houses with no furniture.

    Before we move on to Step 2. Ask questions about Step 1.
