So far this month, i have done 4 master leases of houses in Boquete Panama, where I live. One was a one bedroom house. Two 2 bedroom 2 bath houses and just got a 3 bedroom house with 2 baths – fully furnished – REALLY nice for $850 a month all inclusive.
Today, after my weekly massage, I saw a For Sale or For Rent sign on a condo in downtown. That is an ideal master lease or seller finance opportunity. I’m calling them tomorrow – so I might be able to squeeze in 5 deals in june!
I could get 2 more houses but they are 30 minutes away and I just don’t want to drive that far.
The deals are out there folks! Even in Panama!
Here’s how to find master lease opportunity:
Look for the older ads on craigslist. Call to see if their house has been rented if it was for rent. If the house was for sale, ask if they would consider renting it. You’d be surprised how many people will say yes!
Ask real estate people if they know anyone who has already moved and not been able to sell their house. Propose leasing the house.
Look for old, faded for rent signs.
Ask everyone if they know of any houses for rent.
