    I’ve never advertised a handyman special before.
    This property is a 2/1 that needs about 5k of work to make it rent-able/live-able to my spec.
    The area is rent with owner mixed..also zoned for some mobiles.
    The person that will buy this is probably someone in the Hispanic community. They will fix and live or rent it out. BUT…
    I’m not getting any calls on this property.
    How do you advertise this type of property.
    On my voice mail I state that cash buyer gets the best deal or I will owner finance.
    I want this property GONE. I don’t really want to rehab it myself but I will to get some cash coming in.
    Any ideas?

    Hi Dee,

    Where is this property. I am supposing Texas, but where in Tx. Do you know the assessed value and what you are asking for it?
