I realize that some of our CFD members have considerable skills and experience with fixer-upper projects even though that is not the focus of CFD teaching, mostly for reasons of financial risk.Since people tend to learn best from the extremes of others’ successes and misfortunes, this scary article will be of most interest to you fixer-uppers, but also to anyone else less aware of the damage that mis-handled tools can wreak:
