Are REO Prices Coming Down Yet?

    For the most here in middle Oregon prices have stayed fairly constant,still proped up by the boom,when was that? i did just get a great deal from Freddie Mac they seem to be willing to deal by golly.

    Are you seeing a discount in REO prices yet?

    They are still priced way too high here.
