Maybe a little miss leading. It really was a “Must Take”.
I just sold a property and carried back the financing (“Contract For Option For Bennificial Interest in a Land Trust”). Got the buyer to give me a 20 year option to buy in the future. I told them right out I wanted the right to buy it back in the future. I made it 20 years and they had no problem. Thanks Jack.Don Wede
