Meet a gentleman today that it looks like is going to invest in a 16 resident newly constructed ALF with me. For you old times their was a department store called Carson Pirie Scott. He bought the old Carson mansion in Mendota Ill. It has 5 bedrooms and he is renting out one for $900 per month. He wants to do like a bed and breakfast ish deal for short term stays or short term rentals.

Are there some websites where one can advertise for such a facility?

That post card I described the other day got this lead. Also discussing this house as a potential ALF lead to the new construction project. People YOU HAVE TO GO OUT AND TALK TO PEOPLE.

He is set on doing his own thing with his property. By the way it is the old Scott mansion not Carson. I did try to convince him on the ALF use for his property. Not all bad though looks like after are meeting today I have a partner for the new ALF.
