I’m not sure what others are getting but I’ve just bid on two HUD houses..3/2 good neighborhoods. These houses need about 5K in repairs…that’s not doing cosmetic like paint and carpet. Houses are listed with HUD for $65-$80K
These properties had been on the Hud listing since June 09. I bid on both and lost both to buyers that are buying at 30% off listed bid.

got for the mobile homes on land. The prices are much cheaper and there is less competition
