    Hello everyone,

    I just finished reading “Flip Deals: Real Estate Profits on Steroids” by Jackie Lange and I do have a few questions:

    1. Do I need to form a business and get a business license?
    2. Is the information that is in the book still current for 2021? If not, is their any other websites that can be provided for us to find distressed houses?

    The info is still accurate. We’ve had many members do “flip Deals” this year.

    Look in the special report section. There’s a free report called “Mega Lead Generator” that has information about how to find distressed properties.

    Also review Jack Miller’s recorded seminar, Distressed Market Strategies.

    Thank you Jackie for the information. Do I need to open up a LLC for when we close on a house they write the check to my business or me personally?

    Brian, get some deals under your belt before you start setting up an LLC.
