On another note, I met a young couple in Boquete Panama today. They are from the US. They plan to buy land then build a TINY HOUSE community in Boquete. It will be super popular! Have you ever thought about doing something like that where you live? Would it be popular?

Regarding the Boquete couple and their tiny house community plans, are they planning on constructing all the tiny houses to either rent out or sell, or do they plan to allow some people to bring their own tiny house (of whatever design)? Even Amazon has gotten into that game and is selling tiny house “build it yourself” kits much like Sears did in the early 1900s.

There are even a few Airbnb properties in the US renting yurts for the short term.

They are planning to keep the tiny homes as rentals! They have not discussed sub-dividing the land so others could build in their community. But there is plenty of other land for sale
