Looking for a home. Bank owned foreclosure. Or one that is inexpensive. Yes I know that some may need some work, but maybe there is one that may not need so much attention. There have been lots of layoffs with alot of the big companies. So maybe some folks have walked away because they have not been able to find jobs and could not sell.
Looking in these areas:
Redondo Beach
Torrance
Hawthorn
El Segundo
Ingle wood (possibly)Or maybe they know of any rental companies

Are they interested in a nice 3 bed 2 bath double wide mobile…built in 2001, located in a premire mobile park. Lot rent is $650…Imerial Valley in Los Angeles. Let me know, I can send pics and price. Owner is also willing to carry paper with a good down. Let me knwo ASAP, owner is eager to sell.
