    I went to purchase a Mobile Home from an owner of a MHP, which I wanted to buy, fix, and then
    sell to a qualified Buyer. Could you please tell me what you think of this? That they wanted me to
    fill an application to qualify to do this.

    Just a personal choice. If your comfortable with it do it. If not move on. My guess you will have to do this one time only.

    It’s actually a good thing — that means they are selective about who lives in the park so your buyers will feel much more comfortable living there.

    Some parks will let anyone and everyone in, even drug dealers, criminals, etc.

    It is much better to invest in a park which screens their occupants.
