Just about every day I get a request to allow access to my HighestBidderSale.com web site to post a property. It takes time to set up each account. I probably spend 2-4 hours per week doing this alone. Some of these people never even add a property.
So, effective immediately I will no longer be able to offer free access to my HighestBidderSale web site to anyone except ExtremeSuccessGroup.com members.
I’ve asked my programmer to set up a page where people can pay a small fee to add their properties and they get a document package. It should be set up by the end of the week. The whole process will be completely automated and can be done 24/7 so it won’t take up any of my time.
