I received a few requests to start a forum which focuses on all things master lease – so here it is. Help me fill it up with your questions and stories about master leases you have done.
For those who do not know, a Master Lease is when you lease from an owner then sublease to a tenant for more money. Your profit is the difference between what you collect from your tenant and what you pay the owner. PLUS… and this is the biggie… you don’t have to buy the house, get a loan, be responsible for repair costs or taxes.
A master lease is a great way to build up cash flow fast.
Listen to some of the speakers in Module 7 about Master Leasing. In just a few years some have been able to go from $0 to $10,000 or more in cash flow.
In module 7 you’ll also learn more about how to find master lease opportunities and how to screen and find good tenants.
