    Hi all,
    My name is Chet Maskeri – a newbee to this site. I am in my 70s, live in CA and I am looking to develop a cash flow as fast as I can for 2 good reasons :
    1. I wish to start a scholarship fund for poor students in honor of my parents.
    2. I would like my children to get interested in Real Estate investing.

    I welcome any suggestions to help achieve my above stated goals and thank you in anticipation of your help.
