    If you have less than 25-30 properties it is better to just do it yourself. Most of it can be set up on automatic bill pay so it takes up very little of your time.

    Can anyone suggest a collection service to use for a subj to acquisition….
    ie a reliable outfit that will collect/remit payments ?

    how much will this cost/month?

    What are the street smarts on this?
