    Hello,

    Do you think if there was a commercial real estate crash would that affect residential home prices in a recession or who or what would be affected if commercial real estate crashed?

    People always need a place to live. That’s why single family houses are the preferred investment.

    Business don’t always need commercial space – if there is a real estate crash, some of those businesses will move back in to their home or reduce their SF in commerical.
