I put an ad on craigslist about a package deal I’m selling
Within 12 hours, i was contacted by a hedge fund buyer who is interested in all of the properties. His “disclosure” was that he’s a buyer for a hedge fund but no commission needed to be paid. (good thing because I was not offering one)
He said package deals are exactly what they are looking for. I should have a written offer by Friday!
Go find those package deals then get them “out there” to get them sold.
Also, he said they would only buy 3 bedroom houses with at least 1200sf.
The tax records showed one of my houses was a 2 bedroom but that is an error.
All hedge funds have strict buying criteria. You never know what it is until you talk to them.
Some want the houses vacant. Some prefer tenant occupied. Some will only buy in a certain part of town. Some will buy anywhere except the war zones.
There is no ONE rule with hedge funds. They are all different.
