I’m trying to get my first deal done. I see a modest type 3 BR 1Ba. house for sale at $259,900 and the comps are $329,900. There is an estimated repair cost of $30k. The house is listed on the MLS, but under contract by someone that has it under contract and wants to resell after they close. Is there a way to make a deal out of this property? Thanks, Nick
