Does Calif Senate Bill 816 affect land trusts..?

    Does anyone know if the recently enacted new Calif SB 816 affect/apply to land trusts used to acquire real estate?
    Ie. are we required to inform the STate Bd of Equalization etc if/when the % ownership of Beneficial Shares of land trust changes?
