We proceeded to market the house and was given the OK from the seller as the renter had moved out that Monday. OR WE THOUGHT!!!! The renter refused to move and we already started our marketing. The seller, five hours away had to file an eviction. By this time we had many calls so decided to keep the marketing going. We had “Boots on the Ground” from a Lease Purchase we did in Corpus and she took the offers.
