    Hi Cash Flow Depot,

    I am looking to start my first flip in the next month or so, but I need help with the funding. I know that a lot of private and hard money lenders will fund up to 85 or even 90%, but how do I come up with the other 10%? Any help and advice is welcome! Thank you.

    Kyle,
    Bring in a private lender for part of the dell for your missing amount of funds. You may even convince the hard money lender to do 100% financing for a piece of the pie.
