I love Jeff Smith’s new videos on Fix & Flip in the Learning Center. I like his style — he’s really down to earth and he has great ideas. Even though I’d pretty much given up on flipping in this market, I think that the ideas are still good and lots of the stuff still applies. Does Jeff have any other material available?

I agree. Jeff is a phenominal talent as well as a really nice guy. He was supposed to be teaching some seminars this year, but nothing has been offered yet. He seems to be the authority on flipping and rehabbing homes in the seminar world. You can become a subscriber to his newsletter, but as far as I know, he hasn’t released one since October, and there was a large gap before that.

As far as I know Jeff does not have any materials available. He did do a newsletter and a seminar once a year but found that it is much more profitable ( and easier) to just do real estate deals. I can certainly relate to that!!!!
