In Jackie’s wholesale lesson#2; she says to obtain the paperwork and read it carefully before contacting sellers….does anyone know where to find/obtain those two documents: the offer, and the assignment of contract?
I am a real estate agent; so do have access to standard forms for the r.e. industry; but I have a sense that Jackie is suggesting that I obtain and use forms that are from other sources than that…

You can just use your realtor forms – just make modification to them.
YOu can also use the forum in the e-book I sent you.
