    If a couple in Texas is getting a divorce and are in preforclosure in, would a judge allow a subject to mortgage takeover or would he rule the house be sold outright in order to divide the asset?
    The couple owes $6000. The wife is getting the latest bank statement for me to see what total reinstatement is.

    Any help to understand the process would be appreciated.

    The judge will not go for a subject to deal. What is the home worth and how much do they owe?
