Suggestion… The DEALS do not have to be properties you own!

Find a tired landlord who has 1 – 200 properties, get an option on them,
post them in the DEALS section.

Then let me do the marketing magic to get them some offers coning in fast.

It can be 1 property, 2, 10, 100 +

Maybe talk to a local bank about selling all their REO properties. Get an option!

Any hard money lenders stuck with some inventory? Get an option

Talk to property managers to see if they have any landlords who want to liquidate
everything

Just get some deals up there.
