    If you were going into a brand new market or starting out in your existing home market and all you had was your real estate knowledge.

    What would be your best 4 or 5 marketing strategy you would employ to get leads coming in?

    In other training, we discuss to go in to markets where the population is increasing, not decreasing. And it should be a place you would not mind visiting once in awhile.
