Great call last night. I was going to interject on the call but we ran short on time. Here is an observation that I have run across since I have increased the volume of wholesale deals. In the past when a seller wanted to show our agreement to their attorney before signing I always had a sick feeling in my stomach that the deal would get killed. I also told the seller to have their attorney give me a call with any questions. Deal after deal would die. Then I finally wised up. I know tell the seller that if their attorney have any questions to call my attorney and they can discuss. I have never had a deal fall out since employing this strategy.
