Jackie, quick question for you.
Do you have flyers distributed about the neighborhood of the subject property when doing a HBS?
I met a guy who operates a door to door flyer business. min.order is 5000 and the cost runs about $650
to defry upfront costs, i was thinking about approaching the seller and tell them that normally i make no less than $xxxx but if you are willing to pay for the flyer distribution, i will only make $XXXX, which is less than what i normally make.
what are your thoughts about doing that?
