I’m trying to help a co-worker. I have a few questions about selling property using the Highest Bidder and/or Seller Finance. From listening to information on the site, I understand I’m marketing my option or contract on the property. I’m in no way listing the property. Do I have that correct? My questions are:
1. Is there example of a contract I can use with the seller? I didn’t see a highest bidder contract under resources.
2. What if the seller has listed the property on the MLS thru a Realtor? Can I still contract with the seller to use highest bidder?
3. Can the seller sale using seller finance if there is underlying debt?
I have a more questions but wanted to make sure I have good understanding before moving forward.
