    Jackie,
    I’ve recently re-listened to your phone call from a few months ago on Highest Bidder Sales. On the call you said you’d post your HBS “to do” list on this web site. If it’s on the web site, could you tell me where I can find it? Thanks.

    Thanks Jackie. Do you ever do HBSales with occupied homes? Is theft the main reason not to do that?

    I do HBS with occupied homes. A nicely occupied house shows better and sells easier than a vacant house.

    Theft is not a concern but I have plenty of people strategically placed throughout the house to assure that theft is not a problem.
