Wanted to thank Jackie for posting videos from the Panama event.
It was very refreshing and educational.
I have property to move with Rent To Own program and need some tips on:
– what my signs should say, so it is not confusing for buyers and deliver right message?
– Do I have to advertise the Sales price, which will be a bit higher than Market Value?
– Do I need to have a Mortgage Broker on site during the HBS?What other things would be helpful to move this home fast?

Yes, you should advertise your sales price and the minimum down payment you would accept. It would be a good idea to have a mortgage broker on site to qualify your buyers even though they are not getting a mortgage now.
