A friend in Panama has a 3/2 townhouse to sell in Birmingham Alabama. I told him about a Highest Bidder Sale and he would love to sell it that way but he does not want to go back to Alabama.
Anyone near Birmingham? Want to do the sale for a flat fee?
There is no mortgage. The photos look like this is in very good condition so it should sell quickly. He wants to get cashed out ( no seller financing) and he’s flexible and motivated.
