Houston Flooded houses?

    Is anyone buying these flooded houses ?
    What areas are best?
    Is anyone having problems with materials and labor?
    How about title issues?
    Insurance issues like if you buy a house, and the house/owner has money coming to them, does that complicate the strategy? Besides alot of owners are staying in hotels as well….

    Good question Allen. I just posted a link to an article about this topic.

    Something like 90% of Houston home owners do NOT have flood insurance. So I think there will be a lot of people just walk away from their house. Their home owners insurance does not cover flood waters.
