Does anyone know how to secure an Option to a property owned by an owner/occupant in TEXAS?
Though I’ve done Pure Options around the country, I’ve never done one in Texas. I’ve been told by many that in Texas, a Deed of Trust can’t be used to secure an Option on an Owner/Occupant house.
Can anyone part of this brain trust shed light on this question?
